Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Huntington's disease (HD) are diverse in clinical presentation and are caused by complex and multiple factors, including genetic mutations and environmental factors. Numerous therapeutic approaches have been developed based on the genetic causes and potential mechanisms of ALS and HD. Currently, available treatments for various neurodegenerative diseases can alleviate symptoms but do not provide a definitive cure.

Cancer remains a formidable global health challenge, necessitating innovative therapeutic approaches to enhance treatment efficacy and reduce adverse effects. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), as an embodiment of ancient wisdom, has been validated to regulate the holistic human capacity against both internal and external "evils" in accordance with TCM principles. Therefore, it stands to reason to integrate TCM into current cancer therapy paradigms, such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.

Introduction: Global demand for the treatment of cannabis use disorder has increased significantly, prompting a need to understand effective strategies for addressing concurrent cannabis and tobacco use. This study focuses on clinicians' experiences and perceptions in delivering tobacco cessation services to people who use cannabis.

Methods: Fifteen participants (12 females, 3 males) participated in three homogenous focus groups, including two groups with extensive experience in providing tobacco cessation among the substance use population in Catalonia, Spain, and one group of clinicians without such experience.
