Introduction: The emergence of high-efficacy disease-modifying therapies (HE DMT) for multiple sclerosis (MS) may pose challenges to the administration and monitoring burden of the therapies. This article presents the results of the Delphi consensus method to generate insights from experts on the administration and monitoring burden of HE DMT in Saudi Arabia with a special focus on cladribine.
Methods: Between January and March 2023, a two-round modified Delphi method was used to establish consensus regarding the administration and monitoring burden of HE DMTs used for MS.

Introduction: Patients with primary muscle tension dysphonia (pMTD) commonly report symptoms of vocal effort, fatigue, discomfort, odynophonia, and aberrant vocal quality (eg, vocal strain, hoarseness). However, voice symptoms most salient to pMTD have not been identified. Furthermore, how standard vocal fatigue and vocal tract discomfort indices that capture persistent symptoms-like the Vocal Fatigue Index (VFI) and Vocal Tract Discomfort Scale (VTDS)-relate to acute symptoms experienced at the time of the voice evaluation is unclear.

Background: Autism spectrum disorder poses challenges in social communication and behavior, while Intellectual disabilities are characterized by deficits in cognitive, social, and adaptive skills, frequently accompanied by stereotypies and challenging behaviors. Despite the progress made in autism spectrum disorder research, there is often a lack of research focusing on individuals with co-occurring autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability. Robot-assisted autism therapies are effective in addressing these needs.

Background: Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is recognized to be in the Alzheimer's disease (AD) cognitive continuum. An international working group known as the SCD-initiative recently proposed "SCD plus" features, including report of memory problems, recent SCD relative to conversion, SCD over age 60, and consistent SCD over time, that increase the risk for future objective cognitive decline. These have not been fully assessed in a large community-based setting.
