Surgical resection is the primary treatment due to the tumor's benign nature and clear demarcation from the spinal cord, although the posterior surgical approach can result in complications such as neurological deficits and cerebrospinal fluid leaks. We present a case of a 78-year-old woman with progressive clumsiness, gait disturbance, and weakness.
