Primary intra-spinal paragangliomas are uncommon, and metastatic spinal paragangliomas without paraneoplastic symptoms are even rarer. We report the case of a 27-year-old woman with an ovarian tumour that arose during pregnancy. The patient did not have postpartum checkups and came to the clinic after eighteen months, presenting multiple lymphadenopathy predominantly in the cervical region, one of which was biopsied.

It is difficult to diagnose because of nonspecific symptoms, often leading to delayed confirmation after the initial patient visit. Clinical manifestations such as cervical lymphadenopathy and irregular mucosal surfaces can be challenging to distinguish from nasopharyngeal cancer or malignant lymphoma.

Sarcoidosis is a rare, multisystemic disease of unknown etiology, characterized by noncaseating granulomas in various organs. The disease often presents with nonspecific symptoms that complicate the diagnosis. We describe the case of a 31-year-old woman who presented to her family doctor with weight loss, cervical lymphadenopathy, parotid edema, and cutaneous lesions, initially raising suspicion of a lymphoproliferative disorder.

Unlabelled: A 16-year-old man presented to the Accident and Emergence services with a 10-day history of shortness of breath, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhoea, poor oral intake, chest pain, jaundice, diplopia and reduced urine output. He was initially treated for sepsis, however, subsequent imaging and blood cultures confirmed the diagnosis of Lemierre's syndrome (LS). LS, also known as necrobacillosis or post-pharyngitis anaerobic septicaemia is comprised of a triad of metastatic septic emboli secondary to pharyngitis, bacteraemia, and internal jugular vein thrombophlebitis.
