Objective: The aim of this study was to provide a comprehensive clinicopathological analysis of oral Kaposi sarcoma (KS) cases and examine its relationship with HIV-related immunosuppression.
Study Design: Paraffin-embedded tissue blocks of patients microscopically diagnosed with oral KS were retrieved from three oral and maxillofacial pathology files. Data including clinical, laboratory, microscopic and immunohistochemical findings and treatment employed were retrieved.

Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) such as pembrolizumab and nivolumab are recommended as first-line therapies for recurrent and metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). However, their efficacy in neoadjuvant therapy remains uncertain.
Case Presentation: We report the case of a 68-year-old male diagnosed with HNSCC who received neoadjuvant nivolumab (anti-PD-1 inhibitor) plus nab-paclitaxel and carboplatin.

BACKGROUND Primary cutaneous lymphomas (PCL) are a multifaceted spectrum of cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) and cutaneous B cell lymphomas (CBCL). Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a rare subset of CTCL that primarily affects adults, and its occurrence in children is exceedingly rare. Most pediatric MF manifests as hypopigmented patches resembling other benign dermatoses, causing diagnostic challenges.

This article reports a patient with peripheral T cell lymphoma following treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma.The biopsy of cervical lymph node initially confirmed classic Hodgkin lymphoma,with Reed-Sternberg cells expressing CD30 and B cell-specific activator.After 2 years,the disease progressed and the patient was diagnosed with peripheral T-cell lymphoma (non-specific type) by lymph node biopsy,with the expression of CD3,CD4,and CD8.
