An osteochrondoma is a benign osseous tumor capped by cartilage. Osteochondromas occurring at the distal tibia and fibula are uncommon and even more so when occurring at the first metatarsal head. Osteochondromas usually occur at the metaphysis of long bones; however, they can occur at other cortical bone metaphyses. This is a case report of a 54-year-old male with incidental radiographic findings of multiple osteochondromas around his ankles as well as a solitary osteochondromatous lesion growing proximally off the left first metatarsal head. The multiple osteochrondomas were evident on multiple views, and subsequent histological analysis of the solitary osteochondromatous lesion via total surgical excision confirmed a diagnosis of multiple hereditary osteochrondromatosis.

This case report presents the use of intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) in a 68-year-old woman with disabling bilateral claudication owing to a heavily calcified subocclusive stenosis of the infrarenal aorta. The patient had a history of tobacco use, dyslipidemia, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, with absent femoral pulses and severe arterial calcification. A 12-mm Shockwave L6 lithotripsy catheter was employed to treat the aortic lesion, resulting in a significant decrease in the aortic pressure gradient without the need for stenting.

Adverse iliofemoral anatomy represents a unique challenge for endovascular aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR). This report describes a transaxillary EVAR in a patient with severe iliofemoral occlusive disease and an infrarenal aortic aneurysm. A reversely mounted Gore Excluder graft was advanced and deployed in the infrarenal aorta using the left axillary artery.

We present a pioneering case of a duplication of the common bile duct associated with agenesis of the dorsal pancreas in a 66-year-old man. After an episode of cholestatic jaundice, radiological investigations revealed complex vascular and biliary anomalies, redefining the therapeutic strategy. Instead of risky surgery, endoscopic biliopancreatic drainage resolved the symptoms.

Spinal dysraphism is the incomplete fusion of the neural arch, which can be seen as an occult or open neural tube defect. Meningoceles are a form of open neural tube defect characterized by cystic dilatation of the meninges containing cerebrospinal fluid without the involvement of neural tissue. Neurosurgical intervention is necessary in the newborn period since survival in advancing ages is often impossible.
