Objective: This study aimed to explore and evaluate a novel method for diagnosing patellar chondromalacia using radiomic features from patellar sagittal T2-weighted images (T2WI).
Methods: The experimental data included sagittal T2WI images of the patella from 40 patients with patellar chondromalacia and 40 healthy volunteers. The training set comprised 30 cases of chondromalacia and 30 healthy volunteers, while the test set included 10 cases of each.

: This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the Kaiser score (KS) on the modified abbreviated breast magnetic resonance imaging (AB-MRI) protocol for characterizing breast lesions by comparing it with full-protocol MRI (FP-MRI), using the histological data as the reference standard. : Breast MRIs detecting histologically verified contrast-enhancing breast lesions were evaluated retrospectively. A modified AB-MRI protocol was created from the standard FP-MRI, which comprised axial fat-suppressed T2-weighted imaging (T2WI), pre-contrast T1-weighted imaging (T1WI), and first, second, and fourth post-contrast phases.

Background: Accurate identification of pathologic grade before operation is helpful for guiding clinical treatment decisions and improving the prognosis for soft tissue sarcoma (STS).
Purpose: To construct and assess a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based radiomics nomogram incorporating intratumoral habitats (subregions of clusters of voxels containing similar features) and peritumoral features for the preoperative prediction of the pathological grade of STS.
Methods: The MRI data of 145 patients with STS (74 low-grade and 71 high-grade) from 4 hospitals were retrospectively collected, including enhanced T1-weighted and fat-suppressed-T2-weighted sequences.

This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of multi-phase contrast-enhanced fat-suppressed T1-weighted imaging using three-dimensional gradient echo sequence volumetric interpolated breath-hold examination (CE-FS-T1-3D-VIBE) and fat-suppressed T2-weighted imaging combined with diffusion-weighted imaging (FS-T2WI-DWI) sequence in delineating the characteristics of anal fistulas.
