Simulations of microflows usually require sophisticated numerical tools. Nevertheless in the slip regime, the hydrodynamic equation with slip boundary condition may be sufficient to account for the so-called Klinkenberg effect. We propose to visit this effect using a basic network of microchannels in which the Knudsen number is multiplied by two or four by introducing successive derivations to the channel. We derived an equivalent hydraulic conductivity up to second order. Theoretical results are compared both with the results of the Navier-Stokes equations with slip condition and with those obtained using a Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook-Hermite model developed especially for flows with a large spectrum of Knudsen numbers (typically 10^{-4}

Background: Subclinical pulmonary tuberculosis, which presents without recognisable symptoms, is frequently detected in community screening. However, the disease category is poorly clinically defined. We explored the prevalence of subclinical pulmonary tuberculosis according to different case definitions.

Experience sampling methods (ESM) using mobile health (mHealth) technology with a smartphone application are increasingly used in clinical practice and research. Still, recommendations are limited in young people, and adaptations may be necessary. Patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) are chronically treated with steroids from a young age.

Cardiac tamponade is a leading cause of death in blunt thoracic trauma. Ultrasound improved the recognition of cardiac tamponade and therefore has a vital role in acute critical situations in the Emergency Department and in the Intensive Care Unit. Besides recognition of cardiac tamponade, treatment protocols are important.

Hydraulic fracturing technology is an important technical means to increase shale gas production. The seepage channels formed in the hydraulic fractures during hydraulic fracturing can help increase reservoir permeability. Therefore, it is of significance to study the seepage law of the fracture network after reservoir hydraulic fracturing.
