A 67-year-old man presented to the emergency department with abdominal pain and groin bruising. He had no history of any disease or drug use. In his breaf story he had a heavy cough five days ago and bruises appeared on the abdomen skin and groin in the last two days. Ecchymosis extends in the midline from umblicus to the penis and scrotum in physical examination (Figure 1). Laboratory evaluation revealed normal hemoglobin level, platelet count, prothrombin time, and activated partial thromboplastin time.

Non-Meckel small bowel diverticula, particularly ileal diverticula, are rare, especially when incarcerated within an inguinal hernia sac. This case involves an 80-year-old man who presented with a newly noticed tender, irreducible lump in his left groin, accompanied by symptoms of bowel obstruction such as inability to pass flatus and vomiting. His medical history included a previous right inguinal hernia repair.

Angiosarcoma (AS) is a rare malignant tumor of vascular or lymphatic epithelium, typically presenting as a bruise-like patch over the face or scalp in the seventh-ninth decades. Here, we report a case of cutaneous AS (cAS) in a 51-year-old male patient who presented with a cauliflower-like growth in the groin with skin-colored shiny flat-topped satellite papules in the surrounding areas, some of which were umbilicated. Based on examination, the patient was considered retro positive and the following differentials were considered: Buschke-Lowenstein tumor with giant molluscum, Kaposi sarcoma, and squamous cell carcinoma.
