Introduction: Tuberculosis miliary is a severe and rare form of tuberculosis. It is often due to a haematogenous spread of the bacillus of Koch and represents less than 2 % of tuberculosis.
Patients And Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of 81 cases of tuberculous miliary collected at the Department of respiratory diseases of the Ibn Rochd university hospital in Casablanca between September 2003 and November 2016.

Recently, tuberculosis re-emerged as a serious public health problem, in industrialized countries, while remaining it remains a major cause of mortality and morbidity in third world countries. Intraocular localization is rare. The most common manifestation of ocular tuberculosis in patients with miliary is Bouchut tubercules.
