Introduction: Robotic surgery has been applied in managing various types of gynecologic cancers. The purpose of this study is to compare the surgical outcomes of robotic surgery, laparoscopy and laparotomy for managing endometrial cancer.

Methods: A total of 365 patients received surgical staging for treating IA to IIIC endometrial cancer were retrospectively enrolled. Patient demography, peri-operative parameters, and survival outcomes were studied.

Results And Discussions: Robotic surgery showed a significant lower blood loss and 24-h pain score as compared to other surgical types. Moreover, compared to laparotomy, robotic and laparoscopic surgeries were associated with reduced operation time, decreased time to full diet resumption, and shortened hospital stay. No significant differences were found between the groups in terms of overall complication rate. Eighteen-month follow-up of the patients indicated no significant differences in disease-free survival and overall survival.

Conclusion: Compared to conventional approaches, robotic surgery showed favorable short-term outcomes with comparable survival. It is suggested that robotic surgery is a feasible tool for endometrial cancer management.

Introduction: The Retzius-sparing technique for prostate cancer has shown favorable continence recovery outcomes. Magnetic resonance imaging after Retzius-sparing showed that the bladder anterior wall is widely connected to the abdominal wall, which contributes to urinary continence. We aimed to evaluate whether the Peritoneal Fixation technique, which involves suturing the anterior bladder wall onto the abdominal wall above the pubic bone, contributes to the recovery of urinary continence.

Pancreaticojejunostomy (PJ) is a critical step in pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD), often complicated by the risk of postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF). This video report demonstrates a novel robotic PJ technique employing a self-expandable metallic stent. The method involves the use of the Da Vinci Xi robotic system and the WallFlex™ Biliary RX Stent for improved anastomotic support, particularly in high-risk cases defined by soft pancreatic texture and narrow duct diameter (<3 mm).

Objectives: The impact of long-term complications after robotic hybrid coronary revascularization (HCR), including persistent angina, repeat revascularization, and myocardial infarction (MI), remains limited. This study aims to determine the risk factors for coronary events after robotic HCR and their time-varying effects on outcomes.

Methods: We identified all consecutive patients who underwent robotic HCR at our institution.

. The optimal surgical approach for thymoma resection is still an object of debate. The increasing experience in robotic-assisted thoracic surgery (RATS) has led to the progressive affirmation of this technique as a valid alternative to Sternotomy, Thoracotomy and Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery (VATS) in this setting.
