Background: Thoracic aortic pathologies involving the aortic arch are a great challenge for vascular surgeons. Maintaining the patency of supra-aortic branches while excluding the aortic lesion remains difficult. Thoracic EndoVascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR) with fenestrations provides a feasible and effective approach for this type of disease.

Introduction: Three-dimensional (3D) maps are useful for premature ventricular contraction (PVC) ablation. However, positional information changes compared with sinus rhythm when PVCs appear, rendering ablation difficult. We aimed to understand the spatial displacement characteristics of PVC ablation in 3D maps and the therapeutic effect after correction using the LAT-Hybrid function.

This study aimed to compare the reopenable clip over-the-line method with the purse-string method for defect closure after endoscopic full-thickness resection for gastric submucosal tumors.
Methods: This historical control trial included 37 consecutive patients with 37 gastric submucosal tumors, who underwent endoscopic full-thickness resection between January 2021 and July 2024.

Endoscopic cyclophotocoagulation (ECP) offers a viable alternative for managing advanced primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) in patients at risk of ocular hypotony. We describe a case of a successful outcome with ECP in a patient who developed ocular hypotony secondary to Preserflo surgery. A 93-year-old South Asian male experienced significant visual field deterioration and ocular hypotony following Preserflo surgery on the left eye, complicated by a severe cough from COVID-19.

Aims: This retrospective cohort study aimed to investigate the efficacy of dual-chamber left Bundle branch pacing (LBBP) as an alternative therapy for heart failure patients with complete left bundle branch block (CLBBB) and indications for defibrillator with cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT-D).
Methods: 34 patients met inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study. These criteria included a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of lower than 35%, a New York Heart Association functional class of II-IV, CLBBB meeting Strauss's criteria, intraventricular dyssynchrony, and confirmed correction of CLBBB during LBBP.
