Background: Self-directed interventions are cost-effective for patients with cancer and their family caregivers, but barriers to use can compromise adherence and efficacy.
Aim: Pilot a Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomized Trial (SMART) to develop a time-varying dyadic self-management intervention that follows a stepped-care approach in providing different types of guidance to optimize the delivery of Coping-Together, a dyadic self-directed self-management intervention.
Methods: 48 patients with cancer and their caregivers were randomized in Stage 1 to: (a) Coping-Together (included a workbook and 6 booklets) or (b) Coping-Together + lay telephone guidance.

Background: Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) recently recommends clinicians to reduce inhaled corticosteroid doses in patients with severe asthma who respond positively to monoclonal antibodies (MAbs).
Objective: As we operated this reduction even before the document, we analysed our cohort of subjects on treatment with a MAbs for at least 24 months.
Methods: Data stored in our electronic archive and at the 6-month follow-up (FU) were registered and patients' adherence to asthma therapy was derived by electronic pharmacy claim database.

Deficient trip recovery kinematics have been implicated in many trip-induced falls. Three key requisites for successful trip recovery include limiting trunk flexion, maintaining adequate hip height to enable repeated stepping, and completing recovery steps to extend the base of support. The purpose of this study was to evaluate sternum drop as a new measure of trip recovery performance.

Background: Digital interventions typically involve using smartphones or PCs to access online or downloadable self-help and may offer a more accessible and convenient option than face-to-face interventions for some people with mild to moderate eating disorders. They have been shown to substantially reduce eating disorder symptoms, but treatment dropout rates are higher than for face-to-face interventions. We need to understand user experiences and preferences for digital interventions to support the design and development of user-centered digital interventions that are engaging and meet users' needs.

Purpose: To analyze the repair effect of glass fiber post combined with zirconia all ceramic crown in tooth defects and explore the relevant factors affecting the therapeutic effect.
Methods: A total of 100 patients(142 teeth) with dental defects admitted to Shandong Provincial Chronic Disease Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into an experimental group (glass fiber post combined with zirconia all ceramic crown restoration) with 70 patients(98 teeth) and the control group (metal post combined with zirconium dioxide all ceramic crown) with 30 patients (44 teeth).
