Purpose: To highlight a case report of high-grade primary lacrimal sac Burkitt lymphoma in a young adult.
Observation: A 25-year-old gentleman was referred to the oculoplastic center for left eye medial canthal progressive swelling at the level below the medial canthal tendon for two months associated with tearing. He was initially treated for preseptal cellulitis but failed to respond to antibiotics.

Bacterial urinary tract infections (UTIs) are common, ranging from benign cystitis to complicated pyelonephritis, which can lead to severe complications such as pyonephrosis and sepsis. Pyonephrosis, characterized by the presence of pus in the renal cavities, often requires urgent urological intervention. We report a unique case of pyonephrosis with a psoas abscess caused by and in a 64-year-old diabetic female patient.

Background And Objectives: Securing the base of the appendix is the most critical part of laparoscopic appendectomy in children. Determining the average values of the appendix, will facilitate the creation of suitable instruments, and will also have an impact on research in imaging studies.
Methods: One hundred and eight patients with the acute appendicitis were randomized into 2 groups: group I: children aged 2-10 years old, group II: children >10 years of age.

Pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland (PALG) is a benign neoplasm typically presenting with gradual, painless globe displacement and/or lid swelling. We report an atypical case of PALG in a 53-year old male presenting acutely, mimicking orbital cellulitis. Imaging demonstrated an extraconal rim-enhancing soft-tissue lesion medial to the left lacrimal gland, involving superior rectus and levator palpebrae superioris.
