Background: Mesalamine is the first-line drug for treating mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis (UC); however, some patients develop symptoms of intolerance. Although several desensitization methods have been reported, these desensitization regimens were rather complicated for physicians to prescribe in daily clinical practice; therefore, it has not yet become a major therapeutic option for intolerance patients. This study investigated, for the first time, the alterations in the uterine echotexture and blood flow in cyclic and acyclic (inactive ovary) goats using ultrasonography. The study aimed also to evaluate the metabolomic changes in the plasma of cyclic and acyclic goats. Furthermore, the histopathological approach was applied to the specimens of the uterus to validate the findings of this study.

Introduction: The objective of this study was to assess the publication status of RCTs studying hysteroscopy registered on clinical trial registries, and the trustworthiness of these studies.
Material And Methods: We systematically searched 23 clinical trial registries and MEDLine for studies on hysteroscopy registered between March 2012 and 25 March 2022. Published RCTs were assessed for trustworthiness using the Trustworthiness in RAndomised Controlled Trials (TRACT) checklist.

Tacrine is a centrally active non-competitive reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It also exerts antagonising activity against -methyl-D-aspartate receptors. Tacrine was approved for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease in 1993, but was withdrawn from clinical use in 2013 because of its hepatotoxicity and gastrointestinal side effects.

Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is widely recognized as a safe and effective intervention for treating severe affective episodes in patients with bipolar disorder. However, it can sometimes precipitate unexpected manic phases in patients treated for a depressive episode, a phenomenon known as ECT-induced mania. While this occurrence is recognized, it remains poorly understood and minimally addressed in the literature.
