We establish property (T) for a large class of groups graded by root systems, including elementary Chevalley groups and Steinberg groups of rank at least 2 over finitely generated commutative rings with 1. We also construct a group with property (T) which surjects onto all finite simple groups of Lie type and rank at least two.

Despite being designated as "noncarcinogenic" human papillomavirus (HPV) types, mono-infection with HPV6 or HPV11 has been found in squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs) at specific sites, including the larynx, penis, anus, and rarely, the lower female genital tract. The association between clinicopathologic features, viral status, and the carcinogenic mechanisms related to these low-risk HPVs remains unclear. The current study characterizes a series of low-risk HPV6 and HPV11-associated SCCs of the uterine cervix (6 cases) and vulva (2 cases).

Background: Trifluridine/tipiracil (FTD/TPI) is approved as monotherapy and in combination with bevacizumab for the treatment of patients with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). FTD/TPI plus bevacizumab showed good tolerability in the phase 3 SOLSTICE (first-line) and SUNLIGHT (later-line) trials. This pooled analysis was performed to further characterize the safety of FTD/TPI plus bevacizumab and to compare safety in untreated and previously treated patients with mCRC.

Objective: To investigate the optimal cut-off value of immunohistochemical marker Ki67 as a prognostic factor to predict the recurrence of non-muscle invasive bladder urothelial carcinoma (NMIBUC).

Methods: A total of 331 patients diagnosed with NMIBUC who underwent surgery in the Yongchuan Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2012 to January 2020 were finally included in this study. The optimal cut-off value of Ki67 for predicting recurrence of NMIBUC was calculated by ROC curve and Youden index.

Introduction: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in the management of muscle-invasive bladder carcinoma has not been adopted universally. We studied the oncological outcomes and complications in patients who underwent radical cystectomy (RC) with or without NAC.

Methods: A retrospective review of patients who underwent RC with or without NAC from June 2009 to June 2020 was conducted.

Introduction: Gallium-68 prostate-specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography (Ga-PSMA PET) is being increasingly used in patients with prostate cancer (PCa) for the staging and detection of lymph node (LN) metastases, despite a lack of prospective, validated evidence. We aimed to investigate the relationship between the PSMA PET findings (maximum standardized uptake [SUV] value) and the final histopathology results (Gleason Grade [GG], and LN positivity) in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.

Methods: This is a single centre, prospective, observational study of 63 consecutive eligible patients treated at a tertiary care centre in India.
