To analyze the phenotypic and genotypic characteristics of causing bloodstream and abdominal co-infection (CoECO), and provide clues for empirical antibiotics treatment. The strains of isolated from blood and abdominal samples in the Department of Laboratory Medicine of the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital from 2010 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Mass spectrometer was used to identify all of the strains and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were detected by VITEK 2 Compact.

The non-Typhi (NTS) infection is critical to children's health, and the ceftriaxone is the important empirical treatment choice. With the increase resistance rate of ceftriaxone in , the molecular epidemiology and resistance mechanism of ceftriaxone-resistant needs to be studied. From July 2019 to July 2020, a total of 205 NTS isolates were collected, 195 of which (95.

A large-scale surveillance is an important measure to monitor the regional spread of antimicrobial resistance. We prospectively studied the prevalence and molecular characteristics of clinically important Gram-negative bacilli, including Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii complex (ABC), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, from blood, respiratory tract, urine, and sterile sites at 47 hospitals across Thailand. Among 187,619 isolates, 93,810 isolates (50.
