This paper is a natural follow-up to intent-to-treat findings indicating that the MyTeachingPartner Consultancy, inclusive of on-line video resources and web-mediated consultation, improved the quality of pre-k teachers' interactions with children. This study takes a close look at implementation fidelity within the effective MTP Consultancy condition over both years of implementation, in order to learn more about the ingredients of professional development that may have contributed to the success of the intervention. Variation in teachers' responsiveness (e.g., ratings of Consultancy worth) and exposure to the intervention (e.g., number of consultation cycles completed) are examined, with particular interest in the identification of teacher factors that may serve as supports or barriers to successfully implementing consultation supports and on-line professional development resources.

Mary Main's and our own longitudinal studies both started at the same time in which attachment research became a focus of several research groups.

Background: Effective pharmacotherapy requires strong collaboration between physicians and pharmacists, highlighting the need for interprofessional education (IPE) in university curricula. Methods: A mixed-method approach was employed to evaluate an IPE program that consisted of three mandatory activities with increased complexity and autonomy, that were integrated into the medical and pharmacy students' curricula.

Laboratory automation in the biopharmaceutical industry as a rule requires contracted service from highly professional automation solution provider, at times involving the purchase and development of specialized or customized hardware and software, which can be proprietary and expensive. Alternatively, with the availability of open-source software customized for automation, it is possible to automate existing laboratory instruments in a do-it-yourself (DIY), low-cost, and flexible fashion. In this work, we used an open-source scripting language, AutoIt, to integrate an existing microplate imager into an existing automation platform that is already equipped with a 4-axis robotic arm and an automated incubator, to achieve automation of the imaging procedure in our cell line development workflow.
