The provided data contains simulation results of genuine three-dimensional Riemann problems computed with the open-source compressible flow solver ALPACA.

Deep mutational scanning (DMS) measures the effects of thousands of genetic variants in a protein simultaneously. The small sample size renders classical statistical methods ineffective. For example, p-values cannot be correctly calibrated when treating variants independently.

We consider a three-dimensional mathematical model that describes the interaction between the effector cells, tumor cells, and the cytokine (IL-2) of a patient. This is called the Kirschner-Panetta model. Our objective is to explain the tumor oscillations in tumor sizes as well as long-term tumor relapse.

This paper presents results concerning mechanistic modeling to describe the dynamics and interactions between biomass growth, glucose consumption and ethanol production in batch culture fermentation by (). The mathematical model was formulated based on the biological assumptions underlying each variable and is given by a set of three coupled nonlinear first-order Ordinary Differential Equations. The model has ten parameters, and their values were fitted from the experimental data of 17 strains by means of a computational algorithm design in Matlab.
