A French adaptation of the CAGE questionnaire was used as a self-administered test in 200 outpatients (heart clinic 100, gastroenterology clinic 100) from a French University Hospital. People with two positive items or more were regarded as potential "alcoholics", i.e. indulging in excessive alcohol consumption without being alcohol-dependent. With a 9.5 per cent prevalence of "alcoholics", 95.5 per cent of out-patients were correctly classified.

Objective: This quality improvement initiative aimed to increase the rate of provider screening and documentation of contraception use for reproductive-aged women seen in an academic rheumatology fellows' clinic to >50% by 24 weeks, with sustained improvement at one year.
Methods: With a multidisciplinary team, we devised and implemented six interventional cycles over 24 weeks informed by key stakeholder survey responses. The primary outcome measure was the percentage of eligible visits with contraception information documented in the structured electronic health record field.

Methods: Biomechanical testing was conducted on polyurethane cellular foam blocks modeling a 20 % glenoid defect repaired with a coracoid graft. Constructs consisted of an elastic suture-based cerclage, static suture-based cerclage, and a two-screw construct.
