Background: Fondaparinux sodium can prevent and treat acute illnesses and venous thromboembolism in patients undergoing surgery. At present, no studies have reported on treating subchorionic hematoma combined with protein S deficiency using fondaparinux sodium.
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of fondaparinux sodium in the treatment of patients with subchorionic hematoma combined with protein S deficiency.

Fondaparinux inhibits thrombin generation by inactivating factor Xa, which has the potential to treat recurrent miscarriage (RM). However, more clinical evidence is required to support its application in Chinese women with RM. This research aimed to compare the live birth rate, gestational weeks at delivery, birth weight, Apgar score of newborns, and adverse reaction rates between fondaparinux and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in Chinese women with RM.

The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of heparin by monitoring changes in thrombin generation (TG) in vitro so that pregnant women are not exposed to stress in vivo.
Methods: We used the chromogenic method for determination of factor Xa (FXa) inhibition for enoxaparine, nadroparine, dalteparine, fondaparinux and unfractionated heparin (UFH) and the Thrombin Generation Assay (TGA).

Objective: We investigated the efficacy of iliofemoral venous stenting in women of childbearing age treated for post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) and assessed the influence of pregnancy on stent occlusion.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on women of childbearing age who underwent endovascular stenting for PTS due to chronic iliocava occlusion across 15 centers from 2009 to 2020. The study assessed pregnancy rates, primary patency rates, secondary patency rates, and clinical efficacy using the Villalta score for PTS severity and the Chronic Venous Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire - version 20 (CIVIQ-20), 6-12 months after the procedure.

Background: Maternal anticoagulation use may increase indeterminate result rates on cell-free DNA-based screening, but existing studies are confounded by inclusion of individuals with autoimmune disease, which alone is associated with indeterminate results. Changes in chromosome level Z-scores are proposed by others as a reason for indeterminate results, but the etiology of this is uncertain.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate differences in fetal fraction, indeterminate result rate, and total cell-free DNA concentration in individuals on anticoagulation without autoimmune disease compared with controls undergoing noninvasive prenatal screening.
