Clinical and interventional radiology services play a vital role in the provision of modern healthcare, but there is a widening gap between the capacity of the imaging workforce and increasing demand. In recent years there has been a programme of training expansion in England supported by tariff level funding from NHS England (Workforce Training and Education Directorate), enhancing long-term radiology workforce sustainability and bringing quality benefits for patients, departments, and trusts. Expansion is a multifaceted and challenging process in the current NHS climate, involving coordination of funding, capacity, and sustained educational quality.

Background A major challenge in the treatment of MetS is the prevalence of low rates of adherence to the treatment regimen for individual components by the affected persons. This study aimed to estimate the medication adherence level among those with metabolic syndrome, determine the factors significantly associated with low adherence to medication, and explore the reasons for poor adherence to medication Materials and methods This sequential explanatory type of mixed method study was conducted among the metabolic syndrome patients attending the lifestyle clinic of a tertiary care hospital in the Salem district of Tamil Nadu, India. For the quantitative component, 210 was the sample size and for the qualitative component, the sample size was six.

Over the past few years, there has been a growing awareness of the extent and consequences of sexual assault. Sexual assault has long-term consequences for the survivor's mental health and brings into question the resources available to survivors for dealing with the consequences of the assault. The positive effects of spirituality and forgiveness on mental health are well documented; however, few studies have examined how sexual assault survivors use spiritual beliefs and forgiveness to cope with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and stress symptoms.

Background: The mental health of Chinese international student returnees is a critical concern impacting their well-being and successful reintegration into home society, especially in the post-COVID-19 era. This study examines how beliefs about changing living conditions, emigration intentions, and belief in fate influence depression levels among these returnees.
Methods: A cross-sectional survey collected data from 1,014 returnees through WeChat public groups.
