Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) has become an increasingly severe threat to global health, and AMR-associated infection is one of the leading causes of death around the world. Due to the long turnaround time and the limited flexibility and availability of current antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) methods, a large portion of patients with bacterial infections are still treated empirically, increasing the risk of mistreatment. To address the demand for precision treatment of bacterial infections, we developed a nano-dilution SlipChip (nd-SlipChip)-based systematic evaluation method, which facilitates rapid, logic feedback for the assessment of antibiotics, antibiotic combinations, and phage therapy.

Objective: to evaluate the research status and development hotspots of fetal α-thalassemia by quantitatively analyzing the diagnostic status, key areas, related management measures and prospects of the disease by bibliometrics.
Methods: The global literature on fetal α-thalassemia and severe α-thalassemia from 2009-2023 in the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) was visually analyzed by VOSviewer and CiteSpace.
Results: (1) The examination of the quantity of publications concerning fetal α-thalassemia indicates a rising tendency prior to 2018, followed by a decrease after 2018.

The first are patients with congenital heart disease (CHD), most commonly single ventricle patients palliated with Fontan. Background: Accelerated intermittent theta burst stimulation (aiTBS), which involves the administration of multiple daily sessions of iTBS, represents a novel regimen of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Studies have suggested that aiTBS may facilitate a fast response among patients with major depressive disorders. However, whether aiTBS can accelerate antidepressant response in adolescents suffering from depression is still unclear.
