The article presents a successful experience of the treatment of long-term complication of ure-throplasty performed by the modified Cecil-Culp procedure using flap of skin of the scrotum with preserved hair follicles. The removal of calculi in artificial urethra occurring decades after the surgery was required. The use of combined method oftreatment led to a good clinical outcome.
