The inherent antigen cross-reactivity of the T cell receptor (TCR) is balanced by high specificity. Surprisingly, TCR specificity often manifests in ways not easily interpreted from static structures. Here we show that TCR discrimination between an HLA-A*03:01 (HLA-A3)-restricted public neoantigen and its wild-type (WT) counterpart emerges from distinct motions within the HLA-A3 peptide binding groove that vary with the identity of the peptide's first primary anchor.

The inherent cross-reactivity of the T cell receptor (TCR) is balanced by high specificity, which often manifests in confounding ways not easily interpretable from static structures. We show here that TCR discrimination between an HLA-A*03:01 (HLA-A3)-restricted public neoantigen derived from mutant and its wild-type (WT) counterpart emerges from motions within the HLA binding groove that vary with the identity of the peptide's first primary anchor. The motions form a dynamic gate that in the complex with the WT peptide impedes a large conformational change required for TCR binding.

Meningiomas develop from meningothelial cells and approximately account for more than 30 percent of central nervous system (CNS) tumors. They can occur anywhere in the dura, most often intracranially and at dural reflection sites. Half of the cases are usually at parasagittal/falcine and convexity locations; other common sites are sphenoid ridge, suprasellar, posterior fossa, and olfactory groove.

The rolling process of rebar steel production is one of the well established manufacturing processes; however, it should be subjected to revision and redesign for productivity enhancement and power reduction throughout the slit rolling process. In this work, slitting passes are extensively reviewed and modified for the attainment of better rolling stability and reduction in power consumption. The study has been applied for grade B400B-R Egyptian rebar steel, which is equivalent to steel grade ASTM A615M, Grade 40.
