The VISION COACH™ interactive light board is designed to test and enhance participants' psychomotor skills. The primary goal of this study was to examine the test-retest reliability of the Full Field 120 VISION COACH task. One hundred eleven male and 131 female adult participants completed six trials where they responded to 120 randomly distributed lights displayed on the VISION COACH interactive light board. The mean time required for a participant to complete a trial was 101 seconds. Intraclass correlation coefficients, ranging from 0.962 to 0.987 suggest the VISION COACH Full Field 120 task was a reliable task. Cohen's d's of adjacent pairs of trials suggest learning effects did not negatively affect reliability after the third trial.

Kasaai et al describe the career trajectories of embedded scientists trained through the Health System Impact Fellowship (HSIF), showing that 37% of 2017-2019 HSIF alumni continue as embedded researchers in health systems. These findings suggest that the HSIF program effectively supports career readiness in health services and policy research (HSPR). Similarly, the Network of Scholars (NoS) program, launched post-pandemic in Nova Scotia, mirrors these results, with alumni continuing in embedded roles and mentoring a new cohort of learners from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.

Purpose: As competency-based medical education (CBME) continues to advance in undergraduate medical education, students are expected to simultaneously pursue their competency development while also discriminating themselves for residency selection. During the foundational clerkship year, it is important to understand how these seemingly competing goals are navigated.
Methods: In this phenomenological qualitative study, the authors describe the experience of 15 clerkship students taking part in a pilot pathway seeking to implement CBME principles.

The accurate measurement and analysis of human movement are essential in fields ranging from rehabilitation and neuroscience to sports science and ergonomics. Traditional methods, though precise, are often constrained by cost, accessibility, and controlled environments. The advent of machine learning (ML) pose estimation models (PEMs) offers an alternative solution, enabling detailed motion analysis using low-cost imaging systems in various settings.

Objective: This study aims to explore the effect of Internet + E-Coach chronic disease system intervention on fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG), fasting serum insulin (FINS), triglyceride (TG), alanine transaminase (ALT) and quality of life in patients with chronic diabetic retinopathy.
Methods: 208 patients with chronic diabetic retinopathy who were treated in the hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 are chosen and separated into two groups by random number Table 104 patients in the control group received routine continuous intervention, and the research group received Internet + E-Coach chronic disease system intervention. The cognition of disease related knowledge, blood related indicators inflammatory factor levels and improvement of life quality between the two groups before intervention, 6 and 12 months after intervention were compared.
