Background: Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a multisystemic genetic disorder with clinical variability. As the needs of children with TSC may differ, parenting demands may similarly differ. Characterizing parenting stress, or emotional maladaptation from parenting duties, can enable health care providers to assist parents of children with TSC.

Purpose Of Review: Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology will significantly alter critical care cardiology, from our understanding of diseases to the way in which we communicate with patients and colleagues. We summarize the potential applications of AI in the cardiac intensive care unit (CICU) by reviewing current evidence, future developments and possible challenges.
Recent Findings: Machine Learning (ML) methods have been leveraged to improve interpretation and discover novel uses for diagnostic tests such as the ECG and echocardiograms.

Smartwatch wearables are a promising health information technology to monitor older adults with complex chronic care needs. Pilot and feasibility studies have assessed smartwatch use with community-dwelling older adults, but less is known about their use in nursing homes. The purpose of this study was to test the feasibility and acceptability of smartwatch technology in a real-world nursing home setting to generate initial evidence about potential use.

Background: Caring for children with disabilities in Tanzania involves significant challenges, including stigma, limited support and mental health risks. A cultural collective for caretakers of children with disabilities enrolled at a primary school was established to address these issues.
Objectives: The study aims to explore the experiences of caregivers who started a cultural collective and to assess its impact on their lives in the short term.
