Angiokeratoma (AK) is a rare skin condition that causes small red-to-black spots, usually painless, on the skin.
A 14-year-old boy in Saudi Arabia had these nodules on his hand, and doctors found that they were a type of AK called Mibelli.
After using Timolol eye drops for a month, the boy's spots improved by 90%, making it an interesting case because this treatment has not been reported before for AK of Mibelli.
