Purpose: Postpartum women commonly experience sexual dysfunction; however, little is known regarding the effect of breastfeeding on sexual function and postpartum women's interest in treatment. We aimed to evaluate sexual function and genitourinary symptoms based on infant-feeding status and assess desire for treatment.
Methods: Cross-sectional observational study of women 5-6 months postpartum following singleton delivery was performed.

Background: Kikuchi-Fujimoto Disease (KFD) is a rare condition, distinguished by its hallmark presentation of regional lymphadenopathy in young adult females. While initially observed to exclusively affect cervical lymph nodes in females under 40 years old, KFD is now known to impact individuals of any age or gender and manifest with adenopathy in various anatomical sites. Nonspecific imaging findings for KFD include enlarged lymph nodes, often exhibiting abnormal morphology.

Background: Music-based interventions (MBIs) are evidence-based, nonpharmacological treatments that include music therapy (MT) delivered by board-certified music therapists, as well as music services (MS) delivered by other health professionals and volunteers. Despite MBI's growing evidence base in cancer symptom management, it remains unclear how MBI-related information is presented to the public. Over 80% of people with cancer use the internet to find health-related information.

Background: Respiratory disease is a frequent cause of morbidity and mortality in common variable immunodeficiencies (CVIDs); however, lung function trajectories are poorly understood.
Objective: We sought to determine lung physiology measurements in CVIDs, their temporal trajectory, and their association with clinical and immunologic parameters.
Methods: This retrospective study from 5 Italian centers included patients with CVIDs who had longitudinal pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and chest computed tomography scan available.
