Preface And Importance: Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) is a relatively rare post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD), and there is currently limited research on the occurrence of BL following adult liver transplantation.
Case Introduction: We report a 45-year-old male who developed BL that rapidly progressed at seven years after left liver transplantation. The patient eventually abandoned treatment due to severe clinical complications.

Introduction And Aims: Fabry disease (FD) causes glycosphingolipid accumulation in the vascular endothelium, with predominantly cardiac and renal involvement. Its prevalence in patients with concomitant involvement of these two organs is unknown. Background: The monarchE and NATALEE trials demonstrated the benefit of CDK4/6 inhibitor (CDK4/6i) therapy in adjuvant breast cancer (BC) treatment. Patient selection, based on clinical characteristics, delineated those at high (monarchE) and high/intermediate recurrence risk (NATALEE). This study employed a historical patient cohort to describe the proportion and prognosis of patients eligible for adjuvant CDK4/6i trials.

Purpose: Preoperative anemia increases postoperative morbidity, mortality, and the risk of allogeneic transfusion. However, the incidence of preoperative anemia in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty (TKA) and its relationship to postoperative outcomes has not been previously reported.
Methods: We conducted a comprehensive literature search through PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Sincien, and Embase from inception to July 2023 to investigate the prevalence of preoperative anemia in patients undergoing Total Joint Arthroplasty, comorbidities between anemic and non-anemicpatients before surgery, and postoperative outcomes.
