Background: In Nigeria, trauma care faces challenges due to high injury and death rates from road traffic accidents and violence. Improvements are underway, but gaps in service availability, training, and coordination persist, necessitating evidence-based interventions.
Purpose: To evaluate trauma care practices in Nigeria, focusing on practitioners' perceptions of training, resources, and care quality to inform policy and practice enhancements.

Launched on July 1, 2017, the redesigned American Board of Radiology 16-month Pathway in Nuclear Radiology is flourishing. The original goal of this accelerated training pathway was to help meet the ever-growing demand for nuclear radiology subspecialists in academic and community practices. As of March 1, 2024, 125 graduates of the 16-month pathway had achieved specialty certification in either diagnostic radiology or interventional radiology/diagnostic radiology; nearly 60% had also attained advanced certification in nuclear radiology and/or nuclear medicine.

Consultation-liaison psychiatry (CLP) is a sub-speciality that addresses psychiatric comorbidities in the general hospital system and positively impacts hospital resources through its service aspects of 'consultation' and 'liaison'. This multi-faceted evaluation aims to describe and evaluate the characteristics of a regional CLP service.

Objective: To descriptively analyse Australian public sector General Mental Health Services (GMHS) expenditure, ambulatory, and inpatient services, including key performance indicators (KPIs) in comparison with other subspeciality mental health services (MHS).
Method: We descriptively analysed data published by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW), including inpatient, ambulatory services, expenditure, and KPIs.
Results: From 2017-18 to 2021-22, per capita expenditure for Australian GMHS (18-64) rose by an average annual inflation-adjusted change of 2%.
