Geminated teeth are consequences of developmental anomalies leading to joined elements, due to incomplete attempt of one tooth germ to divide into two. This case report describes successful endodontic treatment of an unaesthetic geminated permanent maxillary lateral incisor tooth and its esthetic rehabilitation using all ceramic crowns. Newer imaging technique like cone beam computed tomography was taken for the better understanding of the complicated root canal morphology.

Background: The lateral pterygoid muscle (LPM) is crucial for masticatory function but exhibits significant anatomical variability that challenges traditional anatomical views. Advanced imaging techniques have revealed these variations, necessitating a reevaluation of the LPM's structure.
Purpose: To categorize variations in the number of LPM heads and their relationship with the maxillary artery, aiming to improve the understanding of orofacial anatomy and move beyond simplified anatomical models.
Objectives: To develop facial growth prediction models using artificial intelligence (AI) under various conditions, and to compare performance of these models with each other as well as with the partial least squares (PLS) growth prediction model.
Materials And Methods: Longitudinal lateral cephalograms from 33 subjects in the Mathews growth collection were utilized. A total of 1257 pairs of before and after growth lateral cephalograms were included.
