A 66-year-old male patient with a thyroid and nasopharyngeal cancer history visited our hospital because of a positive fecal occult blood test. Total colonoscopy detected sessile or subpedunculated polyps in the ascending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum. These polyps were endoscopically resected, and the rectal polyp was pathologically diagnosed as adenocarcinoma in adenoma and the others as adenomas.

Epithelioid Hemangioma of the Glans Penis in an Adolescent Male: A Case Report.

Epithelioid hemangioma is a rare vascular lesion consisting of capillaries and inflammatory infiltrate containing lymphocytes, and mast cells. The presentation of penile epithelioid hemangioma has been previously described in the adult literature; however, few cases have been reported in the pediatric population. Herein we present a case of penile epithelioid hemangioma in a 15-year-old patient with regrowth following surgical resection, requiring more extensive surgical excision with urethral reconstruction.

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a rare vascular tumour with an intermediate behaviour between benign hemangioma and malignant angiosarcoma. There is scarce data on the penile EHE's management and its natural history, as our knowledge is based on few reported cases with a short follow-up period. We present a case report and conducted a literature review, including 17 cases.
