Purpose: Double-level osteotomies (DLOs) have shown promising results for knee joint preservation, however, most ultimately progress in terms of degenerative disease resulting in conversion to total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the time to TKA conversion, long-term clinical outcomes and revision rates of patients who have undergone TKA after prior ipsilateral DLO.
Methods: Patients who underwent simultaneous or staged DLO and subsequently underwent conversion to TKA at a single academic institution from 1997 to 2022 were evaluated.

Introduction There are several postoperative evaluation methods for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR), and patient-reported outcome measurement (PROM) is one of the most important for evaluating postoperative clinical results. However, conventional PROMs have a high risk of a ceiling effect at one and two years postoperatively and do not accurately reflect functional improvement over time. Therefore, a longitudinal evaluation using PROM with a low risk of ceiling effect is necessary.

Aim: In this article, we aimed to determine the health perceptions of the patients who did not apply for double-J stent (DJS) removal on time and evaluate whether health perceptions impact this behavior.
Materials And Methods: Health perceptions of 22 patients who were treated for forgotten double-J stent (FDJS) between January 2017-October 2020 and 25 patients who applied for DJS removal during the given appointment time in the urology department of Elazig Training and Research Hospital and Elazig Fethi Sekin City Hospital were compared using the "Health Perception Scale".
