Objective: Kawasaki disease (KD) is a common children's disease with unknown etiology, which easily involves coronary artery and causes serious cardiovascular sequelae. The purpose was to investigate the relationship between chitotriosidase activity and coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) and develop and validate a nomogram to predict CAA in KD patients.
Methods: A total of 338 KD patients were included in this study.

Brugada syndrome (BrS) is a genetic channelopathy that may predispose to ventricular arrhythmia. It is inherited as an autosomal dominant pattern with incomplete penetrance. Fever can unmask Brugada syndrome in children who have a genetic predisposition.

Dogs are increasingly recognized as valuable large animal models for understanding human intestinal diseases, as they naturally develop conditions similar to those in humans, such as Enterohemorrhagic , , inflammatory bowel disease, and ulcerative colitis. Given the similarity in gut flora between dogs and humans, canine intestinal models are ideal for translational research. However, conventional extracellular matrix-embedded organoids present challenges in accessing the lumen, which is critical for gut function.

The hyaline-vascular variant of Castleman disease (HVCD) is relatively uncommon and demonstrates no specific clinical or laboratory findings; therefore, its preoperative diagnosis warrants a radiological evaluation. This study aimed to review imaging findings of HVCD, focusing on perilesional fat stranding and fatty proliferation. Patients with a pathologically confirmed HVCD diagnosis who had undergone CT were recruited from five hospitals from January 2000 to March 2023.
