Background: In prolactinoma diagnosis, current guidelines recommend prolactin (PRL) assessment, considering values exceeding 200 ng/mL highly suggestive of prolactinoma. However, subtler hyperprolactinemia is more common, and to rule out potential prolactinomas, pituitary resonance magnetic imaging (MRI) studies are necessary. These present limitations in terms of availability, costs, and delays in diagnosis.

An asymptomatic 79-year old woman presented with a 40 mm pancreatic cystic lesion, located in the pancreatic body-tail and consistent with branch-duct intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (BD-IPMN) without "high risk stigmata". During a 4-year follow-up period, imaging showed no mural nodules or main pancreatic duct dilation, and serum CEA and CA19.9 were within normal range.

Background: Pituitary adenomas (PAs) present with clinical features such as neuroendocrine abnormalities and mass effects, common in the general morbidity population. However, in elderly patients, the disease progression renders some clinical features difficult to detect and identify in time. Consequently, elderly patients with PAs are often not identified and receive sufficient intervention on time to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

Context: Pituitary Neuroendocrine Tumors are rare in children, but challenging, implying the two purposes to cure the child, and preserve pituitary function. In this paper, we describe our population of children who underwent endoscopic endonasal resection of a pituitary adenoma, in Lille University Hospital.
Patients And Methods: Between 2007 and 2021, all children undergoing EEN surgery for pituitary adenoma were included.
