The cholinergic deficits and amyloid beta (Aβ) aggregation are the mainstream simultaneously observed pathologies during the progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Deposited Aβ plaques are considered to be the primary pathological hallmarks of AD and are contemplated as promising diagnostic biomarker. Herein, a series of novel theranostic agents were designed, synthesised and evaluated against cholinesterase (ChEs) enzymes and detection of Aβ species, which are major targets for development of therapeutics for AD.

Accurate acne severity grading is crucial for effective clinical treatment and timely follow-up management. Although some artificial intelligence methods have been developed to automate the process of acne severity grading, the diversity of acne image capture sources and the various application scenarios can affect their performance. Therefore, it's necessary to design special methods and evaluate them systematically before introducing them into clinical practice.

Background: In the inflammatory process of multiple sclerosis (MS) several toxic waste products are generated. The clearance of these products might depend on the glymphatic system; however, it's preserved function in MS is uncertain. Recently, it was suggested that this 'waste clearance' system can be examined by measuring the diffusion along the perivascular space (ALPS) index.

Background: Regenerative endodontics' primary objective is to establish a favorable environment in the root canal by removing infection, providing a sturdy scaffold, and sealing the apical end of the tooth tightly. These actions should promote pulp regeneration and root development.
Aim: This study evaluated histologically the regenerative potential of injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogel or collagen with blood clot as scaffolds during revascularization of immature necrotic dog's teeth.

Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) remains the most common opportunistic infection and leading cause of death among individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia. Its significant impact on morbidity and mortality underscores the crucial link between these two diseases. While the advent of antiretroviral therapy (ART) has led to a dramatic decline in mortality rates among HIV/AIDS patients, TB continues to pose a substantial threat.
