Purpose: Although echolalic speech is found in typical development, echolalia is most commonly associated with autism. As such, echolalia has frequently been the focus of various interventions aimed at autistic children. Recent research and the voices of autistic self-advocates indicate that echolalia serves as a meaningful form of communication or functionally supports self-regulation.

Dual-harm, the co-occurrence of self- and other-harm, recognizes the overlap between these outcomes of aggressive behavior and their potential shared causes. Little progress has been made in preventing and responding to dual-harm in the broader population, and it remains understudied in public health research. We posit that the scientific investigation of dual-harm would greatly benefit from the application of public health principles and methods.

Research Question: What are the trends and impact of new technologies on the effectiveness and safety of assisted reproductive technology (ART) performed in Latin America during 2021?
Design: This was a retrospective collection of cycle-based multinational data obtained from ART procedures performed by 204 accredited institutions in 16 countries.
Results: In total 127,351 initiated cycles resulted in 20,032 deliveries and 22,708 births. ART utilization showed great variability, from 623.

Antibodies in human milk protect infants against infections, but currently no assay is described that is able to simultaneously measure all 9 antibody isotypes and subclasses immunoglobulins in human fluids, such as human milk. Our cohort "Protecting against Respiratory tract Infections through human Milk Analysis" (PRIMA) is focused on the relation between the occurrence of respiratory infections during the first year of life and concentration of maternal antibodies in breastfeeding. We developed and successfully validated a multiplex assay that is able to measure all nine antibody isotypes and subclasses in human plasma and milk (regardeless of the pathogen specificity), using a small sample volume.

Introduction: Infectious diarrheal diseases are one of the leading causes of worldwide morbidity and mortality. The incidence of diarrhea is higher in Low-Middle-Income Countries (LMIC), where more than 90% of deaths from diarrheal diseases occur.
