Background: Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis (CVST) is a relatively rare type of stroke, accounting for less than 3% of all stroke cases, and is associated with significant morbidity and mortality in young females. However, when promptly diagnosed and treated, it can have favorable outcomes. Several knowledge gaps remain regarding pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of CVST, so critical assessment of past and present research could help close these gaps or establish targeted future research goals.

Background: The management of multiple sclerosis (MS) during pregnancy poses significant challenges. This study aimed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of three natalizumab treatment strategies during pregnancy from the UK healthcare system's perspective.
Methods: A Markov model was developed to assess the health outcomes and costs associated with three treatment strategies: continuous natalizumab treatment throughout pregnancy, treatment until the first trimester followed by discontinuation, and discontinuation at conception with resumption post-pregnancy.

Objective To understand the research status of osteoimmunology by a bibliometric study and provide reference for potential research hotspots in the future. Methods The articles and reviews related to osteoimmunology were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection with the time interval from 2002 to 2022.VOSviewer,CiteSpace,and the Bibliometrix package in R were used to analyze the contributions and co-citation relationships of countries/regions,institutions,journals,authors,references,and keywords, and identify research hotspots.
