A clinical report is presented that describes the restoration of a severe anterior maxillary ridge defect and pneumatized sinuses with a rotation-path partial removable dental prosthesis and implant-supported abutments. Other treatment options were considered and rejected based on patient preferences and limitations, which included avoiding invasive surgeries. The principles of integrating fixed and removable prosthesis design were applied. However, the clasp design was modified to take into account the direct bone-to-implant contact of the abutments. An esthetic and functional outcome was obtained without any overly invasive surgery.

Although implants have undergone a remarkable development over the past decades, modern implants still show complications that make the improvement of materials necessary. The presented study investigates the load-bearing capacity of an experimental dental implant made of a niobium alloy (Nb1Zr) compared to identical implants made of Ti6Al4V using chewing simulation for artificial aging. Eight implants each with an experimental design were manufactured from Nb1Zr and Ti6Al4V.

Background: Crown cementation is a common technique for implant-supported prosthodontics. However, for possible slipping of the cement below the mucosal margin, its thorough removal poses some issues. The objective of this study was to evaluate the presence of submucosal cement residues in patients with peri-implant disease by endoscopic visualization and to investigate the potential correlation between the pathological scenario and the spatial position of cement residues.

Background: Minimally invasive dentistry is now becoming the forefront of restorative dentistry, involving less traumatic treatment protocols, conservation of tooth structure and surrounding tissues, enhancing the long-term survivability of treated teeth, and improving the overall quality of life for patients.
Objective: The current case report was conducted to evaluate acquiring deep subgingival interproximal carious lesions by the mean of thermacut bur gingivectomy, in terms of patient satisfaction through pain evaluation, Bleeding on Probing, Pocket Depth, Crestal Bone Level evaluation, and restoration evaluation using modified USPHS criteria.
Material And Methods: A patient with a deep proximal cavity in the posterior tooth was thoroughly examined and underwent Thermacut Bur Gingivectomy (TBG) after caries removal followed by direct resin composite restoration of the prepared cavity.

Functional and esthetic results require accurate implant placement. We aimed to develop a predictive method for assessing dental implant accuracy, and to evaluate the cumulative system influence of surgical guides. A mathematical model was constructed to determine the influence of surface changes on a specific point, using Jacobian matrix expressions.
