Background: Telehealth services are becoming increasingly popular at primary healthcare centres. Some examples include text-based digital triage and health guidance using chats, emails, images and pre-filled forms. Telephone-based communication has until recent years been the predominant means for triage and health guidance, but now includes written communication via computer or smartphone.

Most cell types are mechanosensitive, their activities such as differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis, can be influenced by the mechanical environment through mechanical stimulation. In three dimensional (3D) mechanobiological in vitro studies, the porous structure of scaffold controls the local mechanical environment that applied to cells. Many previous studies have focused on the topological design of homogeneous scaffold struts.

Positron emission tomography (PET) is a common imaging technique and can provide accurate information about the size, shape, and location of tumors. Recent evidence has shown that G-quadruplex structures (G4s) are identified in human oncogenes, and these special structures are recognized as diagnostic cancer markers and drug targets for anticancer therapies. Although a number of techniques for in vivo imaging of G4s have been developed, achieving sufficient sensitivity and selectivity in vivo remains challenging.

Objective: The symptom burden associated with allergic rhinitis (AR) negatively impacts the life of people living with the condition. Although the impact of AR on educational outcomes and the effect of AR-relieving medication have been investigated, the availability of up-to-date, population-based, real-world evidence is limited. Therefore, the aim was to investigate the impact of AR and AR-relieving medication on educational outcomes.

Background: Peyronie's disease (PD) is a fibrotic disorder affecting the penile tunica albugínea, with unclear pathophysiology despite centuries of recognition.
Aim: This scoping review maps the effects of interventions in basic PD research, synthesizing evidence from in vivo and in vitro studies to guide future investigation.
Methods: In October-November 2023, a systematic search was conducted across PubMed, Embase (Ovid), Science of Web, and Scopus, following SRYCLE's guidelines.
