Objective: This study aims to elucidate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of a taxane-based chemotherapy in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors regimen in patients diagnosed with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
Methods: We retrospectively collected clinical data from 154 patients who received at least two cycles of PD-1 inhibitors in combination with a taxane-based chemotherapy as first-line treatment in seven hospitals in Hunan Province, between December 2018 and December 2023. These patients were subjected to long-term follow-up.

Blood cells abnormalities play a significant role in the onset and progression of sepsis; however, the potential causal relationship between platelets and sepsis remains unclear, as does whether immune cells mediate the interaction between platelets and sepsis. Background: Yttrium-90 FF-21101 (Y-FF-21101) is a radiopharmaceutical that targets P-cadherin as a therapy against solid tumors. A previously reported, first-in-human study determined that a dose of 25 mCi/m was safe, and a patient with clear cell carcinoma of the ovary achieved a complete response. In this article, the authors report the results of Y-FF-21101 treatment in an ovarian carcinoma expansion cohort and in patients with selected solid tumors who had known high P-cadherin expression.
