Background: Long-acting injectable (LAI) antiretroviral medications are as effective as daily oral antiretroviral therapy (ART) and offer discreet, less frequent dosing. LAIs may be ideal treatment options for people who experience challenges with adherence to daily oral ART, including mobile men living with HIV (MLHIV).
Methods: We conducted a qualitative substudy within two parent trials in 24 health facilities in Malawi that enrolled MLHIV ≥15 years not on ART.

This paper investigates how fertility clinics stage anticipation on their websites to create imagined futures for their potential users. We developed an analytical framework to explore their "tools of futuring," focusing on two key modes: probabilistic and interpretative. This framework helps identify the strategies used by clinics to convey specific visions of assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs).

In the early part of the Russo-Ukrainian war, the conflict-affected process indicated a complex array of emotions and that people sought religious faith as a coping strategy. We explore emotions and coping with a qualitative study of 22 Ukrainians at the start of the Russian invasion of February 2022. Ukrainians experienced a range of shifting emotions, including fear and hatred, but also positive emotions such as hope and pride.

Background: Evidence on the mental status of expectant fathers indicates that their fears of childbirth (FOC) are of great concern. In consideration of expectant fathers' increasing involvement during pregnancy and childbirth, it is necessary to provide a reliable instrument to measure the psychometric properties of expectant fathers. The purpose of this study was to revise the Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire version A (W-DEQ A) for expectant fathers, analyze the psychometric properties and explore its applicability to the Chinese population.
