The effect of chronic exposure to general vibration on the state of hemomicrocirculatory bed in the organs of rat masticatory apparatus and the efficacy of antihypoxants and adaptogens for its pharmacological prophylaxis was studied. The experiments were performed in 210 albino male rats aged 8 to 30 weeks. The intact rats served as control. Transcapillary injections with 1% collargol solution, histological, electron microscopic and morphometric methods were used. It was found that chronic exposure to general vibration induced a hemodynamic disturbances at the level of hemomicrocirculatory bed vessels in the organs of masticatory apparatus with subsequent hypoxia. Electron microscopic study revealed the damage of the cellular ultrastructure in the endotheliocytes of blood vessels of the hemomicrocirculatory bed. Antihypoxants, adaptogens and their combinations demonstrated a pronounced protective effect

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of prolonged exposure to the oxidative agent NaClO on histopathological changes in the lung tissues of laboratory animals. Specifically, the study aimed to examine morphological changes in the pulmonary microcirculation and the level of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) as a functional activity indicator of endothelial cells in animals with induced systemic sclerosis (SSc). A laboratory animal model was used to assess the impact of long-term exposure to NaClO on lung tissues.

At present, there are no hardware or biochemical systems that allow to assess the severity of post-COVID syndrome in vivo. The hardware of the proposed biotechnical system is based on routine transthoracic electrical impedance rheography, which makes it possible to register the frequency characteristics of the patient's bioimpedance response to controlled stress stimulation, thereby simultaneously fixing the characteristics of his productive heart, the state of the hemomicrocirculatory bed, the efficiency of the gas transport function of his blood, and also reliably assess personal reactivity and adaptive potential. Subsequent mathematical approximation of the obtained biometric data by an original neural network makes it possible to rank the results obtained and automatically generate a program of medical rehabilitation for a particular patient, depending on the severity of his post-COVID syndrome.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: To determine the structural changes of the vessels of the hemomicrocirculatory bed of the cortex of the adrenal glands of rats in our study, we used histological, morphometric and statistical methods.
Results: Results: During the study, we found that the effect of a food additive complex on the vessels of the adrenal glands cortex of rats leads to a violation of hemodynamic conditions in the early stages of the experiment.
Objective: The aim: The study focuses on the morphometric features specification concerning the structural components of the hemomicrocirculatory bed of the perivulnar region of the cecum in rabbits when suturing a wound defect with synthetic polyfilament surgical suture Vicryl.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The research was carried out on rabbits (n = 30: 5 animals made up the control group and 25 animals made up the experimental group) and included surgery based on the method of surgical intervention on the large intestine patented by the authors, which was performed in the conditions of the operating room at the Department of Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery. When determining the main morphometric parameters, we took biopsy specimens of the cecum and used paraffin and epoxy resin embedding considering the generally accepted methods.

Both cats and dogs belong to animals with the same type of limb support but have different nature of movement. Despite belonging to digitigrade animals, cats and dogs have a different nature of motion. While moving, the medial joint surface in cats and lateral surface in dogs carry the larger pressure.
