Introduction: Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is considered the most common bullous autoimmune disorder, characterized by autoantibodies directed against hemidesmosomes in the skin and mucous membranes. It usually affects elderly individuals in the sixth through eighth decades of life, with an average age at onset of 65 years. Only a few cases have been reported in children and teenagers.

Chanarin-Dorfman syndrome (CDS) is a rare medical condition that is inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern. In CDS, a comparative gene identification-58 gene mutation causes the accumulation of triglycerides in neutrophils, which can be observed as vacuoles on a peripheral smear. CDS patients present with a characteristic dermatological finding, ichthyosis, which is a non-bullous white scaling of the skin.

Histopathologic findings in neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE) are usually congruent with those of subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus. However, neutrophilic dermatosis-type histopathologic features are being increasingly recognized in the literature including rare cases with variant histiocytoid morphology. We report the case of a 7-week-old male presenting with figurate erythema.

Non-bullous neutrophilic lupus erythematosus is a rare form of cutaneous lupus erythematosus (LE). We hereby present a case of 24-year-old female, known case of discoid LE (DLE) with negative ANA stabilized on hydroxychloroquine for 2 years. She reported new occurrence of erythematous, mildly pruritic, papular lesions and painful mucosal ulceration.
