Introduction: Despite the fact that guidelines recommend monitoring of quality of life during all phases of treatment in urothelial carcinoma, prospective data about health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in metastatic urothelial carcinoma undergoing immunotherapy are sparse. Consequently, we performed a prospective clinical pilot study about HRQoL using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy - Immune Checkpoint Modulator (FACT-ICM) questionnaire.
Materials And Methods: Formally, this study is a prospective uni-centric noninterventional observation from January 2021 to December 2021.

Background: After introducing the first Cochlear Implants also in children theses are grown with electrical intracochlear stimulation and subsequent auditory cortical development. Over the meantime the positioning of the electrode was changed orientated on the development of electrode design, ability to insert atraumatic and on the widening of the indications towards highfrequency deafness.
Methods: In this pilot study we analysed five prelingually deafened patients implanted as child in the late 90's and had a reimplantation 2016 or later.

Background: The Feeling Word Checklist (FWC) is a self-report questionnaire designed to assess therapists' countertransference (CT) feelings. The primary aim of the study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of a brief, 12-item version of the Feeling Word Checklist (FWC-BV). The second aim was to validate the factor structure by examining the associations between the FWC-BV factors, patients' personality pathology and therapeutic alliance (TA).

The pH dependence (1-7) of Am(III) complexation with lactate in aqueous solution is studied using extended X-ray absorption fine-structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy. Structural data (coordination numbers, Am--O and Am--C distances) of the formed Am(III)-lactate species are determined from the raw k(3)-weighted Am LIII-edge EXAFS spectra. Between pH 1 and pH 6, Am(III) speciation shifts continuously towards complexed species with increasing pH.
