Objective: Fixed dose combination (FDC) dolutegravir (DTG) plus rilpivirine (RPV) is an approved antiretroviral treatment regimen for people with HIV. The steady-state pharmacokinetics (PK) of FDC DTG+RPV in hemodialysis (HD) has not been previously studied.
Design: We performed a single-center, prospective evaluation of the steady-state PK of FDC DTG +RPV in 4 adults without HIV either requiring HD and in 4 matched participants with normal renal function.
Purpose: The treatment landscape for metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) has evolved in recent years with the use of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and immuno-oncology (IO) therapies. This study examined patient characteristics, treatment patterns, health care resource utilization (HCRU), costs, and survival for individuals with mRCC who received either IO + IO or IO + TKI combinations as first-line (1L) regimens.
Methods: This retrospective cohort study used integrated claims and clinical data from a commercial health plan to study adults with mRCC who began 1L treatment between April 1, 2018, and January 31, 2023.

Background: Children living with HIV in low-income settings, such as in Eastern and Southern Africa, are at a high risk for poor adherence to antiretroviral therapy. However, various primary studies presented inconsistent and inconclusive estimates of adherence and its associated factors among children living with HIV in Eastern and Southern Africa. Therefore, we were aimed to determine the pooled prevalence of adherence and its associated factors, and to guide interventions efforts to support adherence, this comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted.

Dispensing of misoprostol and mifepristone by pharmacies and chemist shops for self-management of medication abortion (MA) fills a crucial gap in settings where abortion care by trained health professionals is not readily available. This promising service delivery pathway, endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO), is hindered by concerns of poor-quality care. Simulated clients collected data on MA pill dispensing practices from 92 pharmacies and chemist shops in three Nigerian states and 127 pharmacies in an Indian state that we have anonymized.
