[Surgical treatment of the injured persons for closed coexistent abdominal injuries depending on the trauma severity]. | LitMetric

The results of surgical treatment of 232 injured persons, suffering closed abdominal trauma, were analyzed. In 117 injured persons a standard surgical tactic was applied, and in 115--the improved one the treatment-diagnostic tactic, what have had permitted to reduce the complications occurrence rate from 62.4 to 54.8%, total lethality--from 35.0 to 27.8%.
