Objectives: How are socioeconomic inequalities modified by, or how do they interact with, preterm birth?
Design: Narrative systematic review of quantitative observational studies of an interaction, or effect modification, between preterm birth and socioeconomic status.
Data Sources: Five databases were searched for studies published between January 2000 and June 2020. Title and abstract were reviewed to identify articles for dual screening.

Background: Spontaneous splenic rupture is a rare life-threatening finding with a challenging diagnosis which is largely ignored in the literature. Hematological disorders such as afibrinogenemia are reported to cause bleeding disorders mostly cerebral hemorrhage. Despite being a life-threatening condition, data about spontaneous splenic rupture in patients with Afibrinogenemia remain scarce.

Background: The quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) coach role was developed for hospital-based resuscitation teams. This supplementary team member (CPR coach) provides real-time, verbal feedback on chest compression quality to compressors during a cardiac arrest.
Objectives: To evaluate the impact of a quality CPR coach training intervention on resuscitation teams, including presence of coaches on teams and physiologic metrics of quality CPR delivery in real compression events.
