Background: Lecanemab and other new amyloid-targeting immunotherapies for Alzheimer's disease show great promise but, may also pose significant risk for patients. To facilitate the implementation and monitoring of lecanemab infusions at our tertiary medical center, we convened an interprofessional team. The team created a number of resources including patient handouts and medical documentation templates as well as systems and processes.

Introduction: Regional anesthesia, specifically fascia iliaca compartment blocks (FICB), is highly effective in managing pain, especially in military settings. However, a significant barrier to its implementation is the lack of provider confidence in performing ultrasound-guided procedures. This study evaluates the ability of physician assistant (PA) students, who are often first-line providers in austere locations, to identify the fascia iliaca compartment (FIC) using point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) after a brief training session and assesses their retention of this skill over a 60- to 90-day period.

This review was conducted while a PhD in Nursing Science student at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina.
Introduction: To determine the drivers and barriers to flourishing for clinical health professions students through a review of peer-reviewed literature.
Methods: Articles were analyzed in Scopus, PubMed, and EBSCOHost and hand-searched education journals through May 2024 describing flourishing among clinical health professions students. Whittemore and Knafl's integrative approach was used, and quality was assessed by the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool.

Introduction: Given the challenges in diagnosing children with long COVID, we sought to explore diagnostic practices and preferences among clinicians.
Methods: A ten-question survey assessed pediatric providers' clinical decision making for identifying and evaluating long COVID in children. Of the 120 survey respondents, 84 (70%) were physicians, 31 (26%) nurse practitioners, and 5 (4%) physician assistants.
